In a world of cheap preaching
The pulpit engrossed in sin.
The masses quickly perishing;
They have not been born again.
Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
The cry is the same from place to place
'God exists to bless me today,'
This utilitarian worship fronts our face
Only revival will change this way.
Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
Repentance and surrender from the pulpit have gone
Silenced is the Law of God
 'Repeat after me' the preacher says before long
Revive us from these steps we trod.
Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
 Our services traditional, emotional but still dead
The Living Christ nowhere to be found
Why have we severed from our Sacred Head?
Our religious members by sin still bound.
Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
The church is the devil's laughing stock today
Blind from the power she needs
Proclaiming cheap grace as the eternal way
The tare still contains no seed.
Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
The world drives past our fine buildings mocking
Seeing through dead sermon and song
The situation that is most shocking
We do not see the glory has gone.
 Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
In times of past when Your people were in sin
Rebelling from Your word and face
You have always been faithful to raise up men
Desiring for revival to shake the place.
 Lord, I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
 
Now Holy Spirit, please baptize this heart of mine
Pour down Your fire in my midst
Possess all my heart, empower and refine
 I want to be on Hell's most wanted list.
